Ready Nas 104 Wont connect to Cloud

Hi

 

I have had intermittent issues connecting the NAS to the ready cloud. I have deleted the NAS and tried to add it again but as soon as I toggle the Ready Cloud Button I get the 2 green ticks and then it turns off again.

 

Also the serial number or my NAS does not match the unit since upgrading it and now shows N0NE000200000 running firmware 6.5.1

 

If i click on Users > Cloud and try and remove a user to start again it says the device is joined to the ready cloud so to remove visit the Ready Clooud however I removed the unit from here so I cannot control anything anymore.

 

Please help!

This is a known issue that has been encountered on some 100 series systems. I have sent you a PM.

Your NAS now shows the correct serial number and MAC addresses. Please try joining it to ReadyCLOUD again.

This is now working fine thank you.

 

Is it likely to loose the MAC and Serial Number again if I upgrade the firmware or is this now fixed for all future updates.

It would be unlikely that this would happen again on your system.
