Can't connect to Netgear EX6250
A few days ago my wifi extender essentially factory reset itself. I went through the set up process using the Nighthawk app with no issue. Then the next day the same problem occurred but now I can't connect to the extender with my laptop nor my phone. I even tried using an ethernet cable without success. When I try to connect via wifi, the wifi status says "no data connection" and the Nighthawk app keeps trying to get me to reconnect to establish connection. I've run through every solution I can find online, including factory resetting the extender, without success so I assume my extender is toast which is disappointing seeing as it's only 3 years old. Does anyone have a fix?

I forgot to add that when I connect to the extender and try to open mywifiext it says
