Can't connect to the internet while connected to wifi ext

I got a new router, so I reset Extender. I can connect to the extender but I can't pull up internet to complete the set up.

What router did you install? 

What method of install did you use for the extender? Did you use wps? 

If so, I'd recommend factory resetting the extender and reinstalling using the installation assistant and not wps.
