Can't find extender after firmware upgrade

I performed a firmware upgrade on my extender last night (initiated through my cellphone).  It made it to 100% but afterwards it seems to have currupted.  Power light flashes green, factory reset won't reset, can't find it wirelessly, and get "unidentified network" when connected via ethernet cable.

I've downloaded the update file to my computer but can't connect to it to upload it.  mywifiext.com doesnt see the extender nor does www.routerlogin.net or www.routerlogin.com

Help!  Thanks!

No that didnt work, already tried that.

However, for future reference, this did:

I got mine working again by following this video.

Re: Can't find extender after firmware upgrade

Sorry if this is dumb, but just trying to help.

Disconnect all devices from switch

Power on

Press factory reset button using paperclip or similar for 7 seconds

release factory reset

What happens?

Does it reboot?
