Managed to pass on my problem in a roundabout way and received a reply from Netgear asking a number of questions. Replied but my reply keeps on cming back that 'r.devi wasn't found at netgear-support.com'. That's what the email said. Unless I reply,they close the case. But I cannot reply.
The roundabout way was necessary because they decided that the 90 days free support ended on the day I bought the extender. Clearly a human error, but as my emails are just bouncing back I cannot do anything.
If anybody out there knows the answer to my problem,please help.
