Can’t reset my Nighthawk MK63

Hi! I can’t factory reset my router. Something went wrong during setup and now it seems I can’t reset the router. I followed the instructions found online but it doesn’t work. What to do?

What process did you try? 

Push and hold reset for 7-15 seconds while powered on? 

What happens? 

What are all the led's on it doing?

Thank you, but I solved it by returning it to the dealer. I got a new one and I followed the steps of setup the same way I did with the first one, now it works just fine. I guess the first one was broken somehow.
