Can't understand support no US person to talk to.
This was a real pain I have problems with using a second computer on my netgear 2000v3. I keep getting the yellow in the signal. I have to unplug the router to get the second computer to log on. I tried to call support and spent most of the time re-asking the same questions, because I could not understand what she was saying. Still at a loss.

WNR2000 is not access point device ? It is wireless n router

I'm using a DM111PSP - ADSL2+ Moden. I had a problem with installation and called support, but I could not understand the support person.
Had two other people try with this guy and the last person was able to follow his directions but they did not work and your support person just hung up!
After playing around with installation, I was somehow able to get to work, no thanks to your support people!
