EX2700 unable to log inUnable to log in to rou
My extender has been working fine when it suddenly stopped working. I have done a full factory reset but am now unable to log in to the extender to change settings or register it as a new device. This seems to be a common occurrence on the community forums. I phoned support who said I needed to pay £59 to diagnose it. This is ridiculous. I have followed all the troubleshooting information but the fact that I cannot log in to the extender means there is something wrong with the extender or with Netgear software. How can I resolve this or get a refund/replacement under my current warranty?
I am pretty upset with the very poor customer service from Netgear so far

Re: EX2700 unable to log inUnable to log in to rou
Would like a little more info on what you've tried and whats going on.
1.Is the EX2700 broadcasting a wireless signal? Can you connect to this via wireless with default wireless password?
2. If you hardwire in via the ethernet jack, can you log into the extender?
3. Have you tried doing a hardware reset again?
4. Is it booting up or what are the lights doing after the reset and giving it time to reboot fully?
