EX3700 Range Extender (or my PC) Not Working Properly
So I've started having a problem with my range extender in the past couple of weeks where I get the "No Internet, Secured" networking message on my Windows 10 PC. This may have started after I finally installed some Windows updates. My iPhone is not having any problems connecting to the 5EXT network and using the internet.
I've updated the firmware, reset and re-setup the extender, tried the network adapter settings changes (enabling multicast protocol, making sure IP settings are being automatically generated) I've found online, and honestly at this point I am all out of ideas. Any suggestions?

Re: EX3700 Range Extender (or my PC) Not Working Properly
Hi @jmorrow215,
Since you are facing this issue only on your Windows PC after some updates, check if there is any driver update for your wireless adapter. Also, try to reinstall wireless adapter driver and see if that resolve the issue.

Unfortunately I've updated and then reinstalled the driver since my PC was updated, it is still not working.

Hi @jmorrow215,
What error message do you get while attempting to connect it with extender?

Re: EX3700 Range Extender (or my PC) Not Working Properly
No error message, I just get the "No Internet, secured" message when I connect. But I know that it is working because my phone connects to the internet through the extender.
Thanks for your help.

Hi @jmorrow215,
Can you help me with IP address, Subnet Mask, Default Gateway as well as DNS information on the PC when connected to extender?

Re: EX3700 Range Extender (or my PC) Not Working Properly
Wireless LAN adapter Wi-Fi:
Connection-specific DNS Suffix . :
Autoconfiguration IPv4 Address. . : 169.254.234.16
Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.0.0
Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . :
On the non-extended network, the Default Gateway is there, and the IPv4 isn't "Autoconfiguration".

Can you try to assign static IP as 192.168.1.251, subnet mask as 255.255.255.0 and default gateway as 192.168.1.250, try to ping 192.168.1.250 and check if it replies.

Re: EX3700 Range Extender (or my PC) Not Working Properly
Hi @jmorrow215,
Looks like extender is not communicating. Contact Netgear support so that they can check on warranty of the unit.
