Re: EX3700 connected but no internet
EX3700. Went thru Network Genie numerous times with Netgear. Factory resets.
Netgear software indicates successful install. All lites on extender are green. Device lite turns green when _ext network selected. Spectrum Internet with SagemCom router. Spectrum
tech people have looked at system with no success.

Re: EX3700 connected but no internet
if you hardwire into the extender, does it work?
Are you able to pull up the extenders gui from a browser (not genie)? mywifiext.net
What firmware do you have installed to the extender?
What sagecom router/combo device (model)? Does it use a smart connect function (one ssid name)? if so, shut it off.

Re: EX3700 connected but no internet
Hello Rondo457,
Please try factory resetting the extender by pressing on the small black button using a pin for 15+ seconds and join the NETGEAR_EXT wifi network with a laptop or mobile device. After you connect to the network, browse to www.mywifiext.net and follow the setup instructions.

Re: EX3700 connected but no internet
You could upgrade the firmware prior to resetting, then do your rest, and then trying redoing your install. Its always good to do a factory reset after and firmware update. Here's the support page for the ex3700.
https://www.netgear.com/support/product/EX3700.aspx
the release notes for the firmware walk you through updating firmware

Re: EX3700 connected but no internet
Hi. Netware Genie printout indicates firmware v1.0.0.76 which is current.
Did not run another setup as has been done approx. 6 times most
recently by Netgear Support with no success with "No Internet" problem.
I noted another post asking about channels for 2G, 5G. Any connection
with my problem ?? Thanks

Re: EX3700 connected but no internet
Hi Christian.
Well, Netgear Telephone Support ?(far away) had me go thru setup procedure again.
Must be about 7 times already in various combinations. In all 7 setups we get to end
where we connect with one of my wireless devices. All 7 times the "No Internet"
message appears. The latest time, the tech support person says I have to contact my
ISP Spectrum and get the channels set to 6,9,11 for 2G and 153, 161 for 5g. Seems
ridiculous since my normal non-extender/internet for 2g/5g are in that channel range
and work perfectly. The Netgear WiFi app confirms a non congested area close to my home.
What to do? Amazon seller says I am beyond 30 day return. The 90 day Netgear
support seems clueless, helpless and hopeless. In all fairness 30 days should be
ample time to resolve.
I was not going to respond any longer to the Netgear support team
but your response on behalf of the NetgearCommunity says I need to keep the
door open. Beyond your group there is no hope.!!!!!
