EX6100 will not re-establish link to router

EX6100 will not re-establish link to router
High winds in Southern California this morning caused an interruption in power and disabled the link between my EX6100 range extender and my Tim Warner Arris TG1672 router. I get a solid power led and a solid client light but can't get the router link to light. WPS light on the router will not light either. not sure how to proceed.

Hi @ya2,
Please reset your EX6100 to factory defaults and proceed with the setup process.
1. Use a sharp object such as a pen or paper clip to press and hold the Factory Reset button on the extender for at least five seconds until the Power LED blinks amber.
2. Release the Factory Reset button and wait for the extender to reboot. The extender resets and returns to the factory default settings.
