EX6110 won't connect to the internet

Hello - ex6110 connects to the router but has no internet. Have tried factory reset but to no avail. There's no firewall issue with the router. Shall I smash it with a hammer and never buy another Netgear product again, or is there something I'm missing? Thanks in advance.

1. what router are you connecting it to? 

2. what method of setup are you using? WPS, using the app, or using the browser based installation assistant?
