EX6120 Set-up Issue - Password
Hi,
I have successfully connected my extender to the main router in my house and can see it with the appropriate name. As far as the manual states, the password to use when connecting to the extender address is the very same as the router itself. However, when I type in the exact same password I get an error message to say the password is incorrect.
Any ideas please? I recently changed broadband provider and now my extenders don't work. I can connect a device directly to the new router, but not to the extender because of this password issue.
I'd be very grateful.
Thanks

If your router has changed you need to reset the extender to factory default and reconfigure..

Re: EX6120 Set-up Issue - Password
Thank you for the reply. I should have stated that I already carried out the factory re-set. I did it 3 times in fact just to be sure. I can see the new extender address coming through therefore (based on the new router address) and the old address is no-longer showing up. I even went out a bought a brand new extender at the weekend but I'm having exactly the same issue with my being told the password is wrong when I try to connect a device to the new extender.
Thanks
