Not even 1 month old. After first software update, the lights are frozen in amber mode. Can't even do a factory reset. Even tried the advanced factory reset (hold reset for 30 sec, then power off/on while still pressing reset). I tried everything in the book. This piece of equipment is dead.

I would suggest contacting support as the unit should be under warranty if its only a month old.
