EX7000 Extender as Access Point
We use the Netgear r8000 Nighthawk Router with the EX7000|AC 1900 WiFi Range Extender.
The Extender is connected wirelessly to the Router.
If we connect the Extender via Ethernet to the Router making it an Access Point, would devices connected to the Extender's LAN/Ethernet ports have the same performance as devices that are directly connected to the Router's LAN/Ethernet ports?
We are exploring adding additional coax and ethernet to an existing home and trying to decide how many runs to make to each room, and how to best utilize the equipment we already have.

Hello staradeline
Yes it would have the performance of the routers Ethernet ports if it was connected as a AP.
