Extender trouble

Hi i have recently purchased an ex6100 and am having trouble connecting devices to it. The extender joins the network but when I try to access it with a wireless device it goes to the setup screen. I have tried with a smart tv , computer and 2 iphones. I have an Edimax wireless modem/router.

what are the lights in front of extender now?
If it goes back to set up screen it means its not configured successfuly.
try reset the extender and do the set up on same location with your main router.
