Extending Wireless Range
Hello I have recently cut the cord and am now streaming YoutubeTV, Netflix, etc from Roku devices in my home. I have a Netgear cable modem along with the R7000 as my primary router. For the first month there were absolutely no problems. We could stream TV both downstairs (where Router is located) and upstairs even while my son stream'd PS4 downstairs. For the last few nights the TV upstairs has had a distorted audio feed while streaming even though the picture is just fine. It is a brand new TV so it has nothing to do with the TV. My question is what Extender or Mesh extender should I consider to solve this problem? I don't think I need a rolls royce extender just something that picks up more of the wireless strength from downstairs. Thank you!
