Fee based support After trying to reset 6100 Extender
I was chating online trying to get extender to reset and next thing I know i was teansfered to others and now talking on the phone. I paid $149.99 for a one year subscription to a service I now have no idea how to contact. I got the extender working and some insight into unauthorized users but I can't contact them for more info.
Is there anyone out there that knows who Netgear is partnereed with on the fee based support?
