How to set up WN3000RP using mac address?
I have just purchased the WN300RP to extend the signal of my Linksys router.
I don't use encryption on the Linksys, but mac address filtering to allow my family's various devices to connect.
I've entered the Netgear's mac address to the mac address filtering setup in the Linksys.
But I cannot get the two to connect. Only when I disable mac address filtering completely am I able to get the two to connect and connect to the internet.
How do I get the two to connect using mac address filtering in the Linksys? I don't want to have a completely open wi-fi network.

I don't want to have a completely open wi-fi network.
I'm sure you know that mac filtering still easily hack using mac spoofing.
