My EX6100v2 connects to my router 2G but not my 5G using the same password.
I have connected my Calix router to my EX6100v2 and it is splitting the signal into 2 and 5G. It is connecting my 2G but not the 5G. The internet supplier says their input is only a 5G (6G) supplier and the problem is with the extender. I have repeatedly tried connecting to the 5G using the exact same password and it keeps indicating it's the wrong password. I am a novice at best and need some guidance with this. My router is in the basement (approximately 10 ft. lower and 25 ft. away in distance) and it is sending out 800 mbps and I am getting about 29 mbps on the first floor from my extender. I am using the extender to connect my Samsung Smart tv and the feed needs to be better if possible using my current locations and equipment. Thanks in advance for your help and I will be glad to answer any questions.
