N300 login issues using Genie app.
I'm having a LOGIN issue. Just out of the box and new hardware.
I followed the directions to LOGIN, but it will not recognize my email and password. I used the same email and password I used to login into this group (therefore I know it works). However, when I enter the information it states that my username and password are not recognized. It's not allowing me to connect to the router, pick that it will be an extender, or complete names and passwords for the hardware. I'm sure I'm overlooking something, but I am not sure how to proceed.

Have you tried to factory reset the extender by holding the reset button for 10 + seconds then try the set up process again?

The Factory Reset did allow me to start over, but the same thing happens. I choose
SETUP NEW EXTENDER
Enter Email and Password
Answer two questions
Login and then it loops back to login again.

make sure no pop up blockers are causing issues and you may also want to try another web browser.
