NETGREAT EX3700 randomly blinks POWER LED, and the extender stopped working

Sometimes the extender stops working at random times (neither wifi nor LAN), you can only see the POWER LED blinking. After turning it off and on, it starts working normally for a while and the same thing happens. (already 10 times)

what firmware is on it? 

have you tried reinstalling the firmware, factory resetting, and then reinstalling it?

Hardware restart doesn't work.
