Sorry if this has been asked before. If I buy the MK63 system for my home, do I need to run cabling from the new router to the two satellites?

You don't need to have it hardwired in. It is an option (and a good one if you want faster speeds) because the hardwired connection takes the backhaul burden off the wireless. But it isn't necessary.

Re: Nighthawk MK63 - cabling to satellites
Thank you. So I will cable from my router to the two satellites. However, I would like to cable from my TV directly into satellite #1 but I guess that's not possible as I don't think they have enough ports?

Re: Nighthawk MK63 - cabling to satellites
You can use a cheap 5-8 port switch. They're not expensive. I'd just make sure to get a gigabit one. Usually they're around $20-30
so you'd go
Cable----->switch----->MS60
