Not connecting
My Smart TV or Laptop indicate that I'm connected to the extended Wi-Fi network however, when I atttempt to access streaming channels or web sites, I can't connect. My EX6150v2/AC 1200 WiFi range extender appears to be working (all green lights are showing) but prevents any device connected to its networks to access anything online. My extender is 4 years old (purchased in April 2017). Is there a something I need or can do to re-set this ?

what router do you have?
Did you set it up using WPS or the installation assistant?
I'd recommend factory resetting the exstender and then install it using the installation assistant and NOT wps.
