Often disconnected in 5G

Hi all,

I'm french, I have a 802.11ac router (Freebox), Wifi 802.11ac dongle Netgear A6200, and EX6100 Wifi Extender. When I'm connected to my 5G network of my extender EX6100 I'm often disconnected/reconnected from internet, always 15-20min.

I have no disconnections if I'm connected directly to my 802.11ac router. but I have low quality range (2 bars).

Strictly no problem when I connected to 2.4G network on my EX6100.

I suggest you try changing channels. Choose the best channel by using inSSIDer software.
