Orbi RBR50 (UK) won't Sync with US-bought RBS50Y (Outdoor Satellite)

I have the 3-pack Orbi RBS50 x 3 which works perfectly - linked to a D6400 router.

Then, whilst in the US, I purchased an Orbi RBS50Y outdoor extender (as they are not available in the UK).  
I also purchased a 240v to 12v Netgear compatible power supply.

When I try to Sync the RBS50Y to the RBS50 - I just get a white flashing light on the RBS50Y.  The RBS50 flashes for a while but stops after a few minutes.  The RBS50Y continues to pulse white until it is switched off.

RBR50 - Firmware: v2.1.4.16 (hang on... it just updated from 2.1.4.10)

RBS50Y Firmware: v2.1.2.6

Any clues?

Fixed... I guess the Firmware upgrade fixed it!
