Problem with Wifi on all Apple Devices on my Network

I'm trying to determine if my wifi cameras are conecting to my network through the mesh extender howeve when I pulled up the Netgear geeingnie it only shows one of the cameras. Are the others not using the mesh device even though the mesh device is between them and the router? Or are they not being shown but are connected?

By the way, when I checked again, a different camera was listed in the genie.

I just updated the firmware but that didn't help.

Running the genie on a Win 8 tablet.

Thanks for the info Christian, however, I did follow those instructions originally but didn't see all of the devices. That's why I posted this question.

The "running genie on a Win 8 tablet" is a little bit vague. Talking of the Windows desktop Genie App or the devices individual Web UI? Unfortunately the router based Attached Devices and the Device Map on the Genie Apps is a little bit a git and miss.

If you want to check the clients associated with the extender, use the Extender Web UI direct. (either by http://mywifiext.net while connected direct to it, or by the Extender IP address.

Thanks for the info schumaku

I am using a Win 8 tablet and did go through http://mywifiext.net but I didn't try the Extender IP address yet.

Maybe I'll try that just to see if everything is connecting properly.

Thanks again.

Afraid, that will end on the same extender ... so this won't help for now.

Also check the router via http://routerlogin.net or it's LAN IP (the computers default gateway).

Was under the impression you had used the Genie App, sorry.
