Problems X6s wifi extender connection

Hello, I have recently set up the X6S extender to my nighthawk router following netgears youtube video and it says it's all connected. Alot of the time I move around now I'm getting connection problems where my wifi symbol come up with ! Saying that I'm connected but no internet. I usually have to turn my wifi on an off to get this to stop but happens again not long after. I have reset and done the set up process a few times any further help would be great???? Thank you from the UK.

Re: Problems X6s wifi extender connection

What router is the EX8000 connected to?

How big is your home?

what are your interior walls made of?

How far from the router is the extender?

How do you have the extender setup? ap mode, extender mode, etc

what channel did you using to setup the backhaul

If you have brick and steel interior walls, thats going to be an issue for you. They both are the 2 best blockers of wifi signals. You might want to check into powerline, moca adapters, or runner ethernet lines.
