Suddenly My Wifi Extender Won't Connect To One Device While Others Can

 So the other day i was on my ipad and suddenly the connection cuts out. As i try to reconnect to my wifi extender, it just stopped connecting all together. It will let me reglog /select to connect to the extender but it will not connect ("unable to connect"). I have already tried doing a Factory reset on my extender ,but i still get the same result and am unable to connect to the extender through my ipad. Although other devices that connect to the extender have no issues connecting to the extention and are able to use it. Its beyond me why it just stopped working for my ipad and i am so lost on how to fix it. please if anyone knows how i am able to solve this issue let me know....

    Have you tried forgetting the network in the iPad settings and connecting to it again?

      Yes, ive tried doing that many times but still the same result. It loads as if its connecting ,but i get the "no internet connection" text.

        Have you tried connecting the iPad to the main router (just to confirm that this is specific to the extender)?

      No unfortunatly i have not found the solution to this problem yet

    Hi Dargy,

     

    1. What is the firmware version of the extender?

    2. Have you tried changing the channel of the main wireless router?

    3. Have you tried changing the password for the WiFi of the extender?
