Use EX3700 Lan cable as source of internet

I have EX3700 wifi extender that is getting signal/internet from an LTE router, I want to use the LAN to feed a device that is using only LAN cable as source of internat
Is that possible? As I have tried this with a Laptop using LAN but seem no internet coming from EX3700 LAN

If the EX3700 is setup in extender mode (not ap mode), you should be able to ethernet connect a device to it. 

did you set it up using wps or using the installation assistant?
