WIFI Range Extender Model EX2700

Very frustrating this one. Connected the range extender to the router all correctly. Identified the wi-fi network name on mobile device with _EXT at the end and entered same WiFi password. Did this process on several occasions but each time mobile device stated 'incorect password'. 

 

Any help appreciated.

What router are you connecting it to? 

Firmware on the extender? 

Did you set it up with the wps install method? 

If so, factory reset the extender and install it using the installation wizard instead.
