noticed the extender wasn't working, tried to reconnect, no good, unplugged and moved to another outlet and now it won't even power on, no lights at all even after factory reset, any ideas (the outlet works fine)

Call support, you may have bad unit been no power to the unit

Check the voltage of power supply before calling support to ask for RMA exchange
