When on the netgear UI - what does "no connection" mean?

Hey all,

when you look at an Access Point and it says "no connection" does this mean you dont have any devices connected to either 2.4ghz or 5ghz at this moment in time?

so if i was to walk into this room and it picked up my mobile on 5ghz, that would change to "connected"?

or does it mean that 2.4 / 5 is not working properly and there is no connection being sent out?

Hello JamieP83 - Your first guess is correct. You currently do not have any devices connected to either 2.4ghz or 5ghz.
