Set up extender and it's working fine on the 2.4GHz band BUT can't get it to work on the 5GHz band.
I have an AT&T router ARRIS NVG589. Any suggestions on how I can get the 5GHz band to work?
This is a fairly new router provided by AT&T.

Hello shpnnanner
It looks like the modem only supports 2.4 ghz from what I could find online that is why the 5Ghz is not working.
