Wireless device connection - MAC address "association" mode
I upgraded my network to an R6300 and have since lost the previously connected Withings wireless scale which had been working fine. I have visited the Withings site which, through error codes, suggests.....
If your WiFi router filters MAC addresses (which is generally the case with Liveboxes for example), don't forget to set your router to “association” mode before pressing the button on the back of the body scale.
I have searched the Genie but can't seem to figure out how to do this. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Re: Wireless device connection - MAC address "association" mode
MAC filtering is disabled by default, so if you did not enable it, it's not the cause of the problem.

You purchased R6300 which is 8002.11AC , latest greatest.
Been not detail your prior router you own it will be hard to say but on 2.4Ghz, you need to setup less than 450Mbps speed. Suggest below 300Mbps below on 2.4Ghz first.
