Wn3000rp v3 extender. After reset only power led is lighting. No wps led/sometimes blink only green

My Net gear wi fi range extender wn3000rp v3 after reset did reboot but failed to light of EPs and on pressing EPs switch it started blinking green and turning to solid green. Therefore no lighting of customer l e d also. What should I do to start it reworking

Sorry correction in my above post. It is wps instead of EPs and blinking green and not turning solid Green.
