can't write to shared drive on ex7000 from Mac

Howdy,

 

I cannot write to the shared drive on my ex7000.  I went to the permissions in the settings of the extender but when I try to creat a new folder from my mac it tells me I don't have the permission to do so.  It's driving me nuts.  Any help would be appeciated.

Update. Can't write to Network drive from Windows either. Drives hooked up to ex7000 extender that is in extender mode. Need help.
