ex 2700 lost connection

ex 2700 lost connection
extender was working fine but now suddenly lost the connection and when we try to connect via the extender we gwt error 401 message.
what do we do?

Hello malshelley
Have you tried to factory reset the extender and then go through the setup again? You can factory reset the extender by holding the reset button down for 10 seconds.

All the directions say in order to chagne the pasword you need to log into the extension. I cannot get on the darn thing bc the password has been reset allready!! So how the heck do you reset this darn thing??? Why do you all make this so hard to accompolish??? HELP NOW not in 14 days please.

Hello Davidcalleo
You will have to hold the reset button on the side of the unit for 10 seconds then you should be able to connect to the extender and do the setup again.
