We recently had to buy a new router. My wifi extender is connected to the old router. When trying to set it up with the new router, NETGEAR_EXT cannot be found. It is driving me insane. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP

Re: ex7300v2 bought new router, cannot connect extender
What router did you buy?
Did you factory reset the ex7300 and then re-do the setup?
You can reset it by pushing and holding reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered.

Re: ex7300v2 bought new router, cannot connect extender
The ex7300 does have an ethernet port on it. direct connect a pc/laptop to it and set it up. just make sure you shut off the wifi on the desktop/laptop you use to set it up so it doesn't default back to that versus the ethernet cord.

Re: ex7300v2 bought new router, cannot connect extender
plug the extender in.
let it boot up.
Factory reset it by pushing and holding reset for 7-15 seconds while its powered on.
let it reboot. give it a couple minutes.
Disable the wifi on the pc/laptop. Connect the pc/laptop to it via ethernet.
the go to mywifiext . net
