netgear ex6100 extending?
I have a netgear ex6100 extender and have it all nicely setup. Used the extending mode and all is working.
However.. It is physically extending yes, but using it has nothing to do with extending.
I have 3 wifi networks now:
Netgear (my normal Netgear wifi Router)
Netgear-5G-2GEXT
Netgear-5G-5GEXT
If I am connected to my normal Negear router with my phone and i walk to a part of the house where the extender is there to 'extend' it. I need to connect to one of the other ones??
How is that in usuablity extending??
Or am I wrong about this?

Re: netgear ex6100 extending?
Hello Danny123
The way you have it setup is correct it does not have seamless hand off like your wanting you would usually find that in really expensive business routing equipment. So you do have to connect to separate networks when moving through the house.
