setting up new extendrr

Hi, my previous Ex2700 stopped working suddenly yesterday after over a year of working fine.  After trying all the fixes I could find including a factory reset I decided to buy a new one.  Unfortunately setup on the the new one did not work well either - tried both the WPA method and the computer based setup method.  I have not had a change in service from internet provide that I am aware of.

 

Ideas?

What happens when you go through the setup can it not find the wireless network?
