Hi,
I'm having problems re-activating my extender, after i recently changed router. I have reset my extender. But I can’t access www.mywifiext.net

I'd make sure its truly reset. many only push the button. You need to push and hold for 7-10 seconds while powered on.
Also, the easiest install method is with a hardwired connection. Directly connect to it with an ethernet connection.
What are the led's doing when its failing?
Is it broadcasting wifi in the default settings?

Thanks for your advice. Looks like all ok now. It did work with the wireless, although as you say, direct connection with ethernet would have been easier.
It did take me to the netgear genie and i just created a new account / password, etc.
Anyway, seems ok now. Have got myself a little confused, but your advice has definitely made the difference.
