1. Have you checked if the connection straight from your ISP's modem is stable?
2. Have you tried changing the cable that is connecting the modem to the router?
3. Does the issue persist on both your wired and wireless devices?
4. Have you tried resetting the router?
5. What is the firmware version of the router?
