I see posts several years ago about not being able to sign in the a Netgear account, but my issue is specifically from within the Orbi IOS app. I can sign in to my router in the app just fine, and I can sign in to my Netgear account from the phone's web browser or from a web browser on another device, but not from within the Orbi app. I receive the message "Something went wrong. Try again" in a red banner.
I am stuck on a Netgear sign-in page in the app asking me to sign in to an existing account or create a new account. I have an existing account as stated above and therefore do not want to create a new account. If I close and restart the app, I see a banner showing "connecting" and it brings me back to the Netgear sign-in page.
Can anyone assist?
