We are experiencing significant performance degradation with our Netgear wireless network. The speed tests are consistently lower than expected, and large file transfers are painfully slow. Are there any recommended configurations or firmware updates to improve performance?"698Views0likes1CommentNighthawk AX2400 (Rax30) - Setup Not Working
Hello all, I work for a company that has a server, switches, hardware firewall, and access ports scattered throughout the building, our wired internet is working fine, however recently our Wi-Fi went out, and although trying every fix under the sun, the Wi-Fi is still out. We then proceeded to buy a new Router, the Nighthawk AX2400 (Rax30). However, upon attempting the setup via the app, or via our IP Router Config, no setups seem to be working. I've contacted support about this issue to no avail, nothing was solved, and I wanted to know if anyone else had experienced an similar issue. The setup steps start by asking you to unplug your modem and power supply. However because we are in a busy office, to do that would be detrimental to peoples work. Are there any ways around having to unplug or disconnect things to get the setup working? Any information would be greatly appreciated and helpful. Thank you.1.8KViews0likes4CommentsWC7600V2 MIB file
Hello We have a WC7600V2 wifi controller with which we manage about twenty access points. In order to solve a connectivity problem, we need to retrieve the snmp information from the connected customers table: WC7600-MIB:wcClientDetailsTable OID: 1.3.6.1.4.1.4526.100.8.5.4 Unfortunately we are unable to find the MIB file corresponding to the WC7600V2 controller. We have tested the MIB file from the WC7600V1 controller but the definitions of the MIB file do not seem to match between the two controllers. Is the WC7600V2 MIB file available somewhere? Thanks in advance for all the help986Views0likes1CommentWAX630 Firmware issue 10.2.0.16
My network just updated it's firmware from 9.x to the new 10.2.0.16 and I have been having many issues with devices no longer connecting/staying connected or being able to access the internet through the WIFI. Nothing else in the system has changed other than the firmware . Range has been decreased, speed tests also sometimes don't work now as well. I did not enable any of the new features and confirmed the Power Saver is off through Insight. I seemed to have some partial success by turning off, and back on the individual SSIDs. This is happening to multiple VLAN s and SSIDs coming through these WAPs. Is there a way to roll back the FIrmware using the Cloud Portal or do I need to reflash each individual unit to the older firmware. Was working fine prior to the firmware update... Will rolling back disable my Insight Cloud Portal?2.4KViews0likes5CommentsWAX630: MIB not found
I wanted to check out the SNMP functionality of the WAX630 and Netgear provides a download here for the MIB: https://www.netgear.com/support/product/wax630.aspx#download Unfortunately the link is not working for the current and the old firmware: https://www.downloads.netgear.com/files/GDC/WAX630/WAX630_v9.6.3.2.mib Does anybody know why or where I can get the MIB from?Solved1.6KViews0likes3CommentsWAC720 CLI Clear Statistics
Is there a way to clear the statistics from the CLI without rebooting the whole access point? I need a method to quickly and accurately monitor the RX and TX packets (which appear after I run the "ifconfig" command) which I can automate which is why I am using the CLI to send commands to the device.1.7KViews0likes1CommentFacebook Authenication - WC7520

I'm running firmware 6.5.5.0 on my WC7600 wireless controller. Under Diagnostics > AP Consols Logs there is an option to send syslog mesages from the access points to a syslog server. I have enabled this with the correct IP address, port and MAC address of the syslog server on my network but I get no data coming out. My syslog server is working as it's receiving messages from other devices on the network. I have direct communication from the syslog server to the wireless controller and the access points. They are are on different subnets but the traffic is routed. I have tried every possible MAC address in the MAC address field and it sitll doesn't work. Has anyone successfully gotten syslog messages on their system?Solved3.7KViews0likes4Comments
