Powerline Adaptor Corrupt and won't Reset
Hi Everyone, I inadvertantly entered the incorrect password for one of my XAV1301's when setting the encrption. The device accepted the password, but now I can't access it as it always says "password incorrect, try again", but there doesn't appear to be any way of entering a password, other that when networked to another powerline adaptor and it refuses to "factory reset" to reset the encription. The Netgear firmware upgrade tool can read the MAC address, but does not recognise it as a valid device. Is it dead, or is there some way to recover it? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.RN102 won't do the factory reset
Wanting the factory reset (push the reset button with a paperclip, put on power, see all lights go on, select Disk 1 with backup button, press the reset again with the paperclip) it won't do the reset. The power button flashes for a moment, and then... nothing happens. And since the RN102 is invisible in my network on 2 computers from one day to another, I guess I have to do the reset..? Does this mean that all data is still available on disc 2 (since it is a 2 bay NAS)? But however, I want it to work again. The factory reset is not working. What can I do?GSM7328Sv2 - Factory reset
Wondering if someone can help, we have had this switch for a while and it has been sat in storage for some time. We no longer know the IP of the switch, what subnet it was on etc. After powering it on and letting it boot up, I connect a machine to it and cannot connect to the management interface. It just doesn't want to play ball! If I can get onto the switch and configure its IP, I will install this at one of our other sites, but at the moment I am having some real difficulty getting its IP. I have tried using the Smart Control Center Manager app and it is not detected. Unfortunately we do not have a serial cable to connect to it, cannot run Putty etc. I have tried using the reset button at the front but I have seen online this is for rebooting the switch? Is there anyway to just reset its IP at least so I can get onto the management interface? Any help or points in the right direction would be great! :)Reset satellite only?
I've done a factory reset via the GUI to try and improve speed. Where I was formerly getting 200+ mbs wireless download speeds I now can't break 100 (I get nearly 300 mbs download speed when Ethernet wired to my ISP modem). If I reset the satellite through the pin hole on the unit will the satellite only reset, or would the GUI reset have taken care of that?dgn2200v4 factory reset
Salve Stavo scaricando l'aggiornamento al firmware del mio router DGN2200v4 quando mi si è bloccato. Non riesco più ad accedere al router con il browser , continua a lampeggiare la luce adsl e non mi fa il reset alle impostazioni di fabbrica. Avete qualche suggerimento? Grazie
