Hello everyone, I am experiencing an issue with my Netgear Orbi RBK23 router where the admin interface is completely inaccessible, despite the device being online and reachable. Problem Symptoms: I can successfully ping the Orbi at 192.168.1.1 with stable low latency. All connected devices have internet access and are functioning properly. Attempting to access http://192.168.1.1 or http://orbilogin.com via a browser results in an endlessly loading page with no error message, just continuous loading. The admin login page does not appear. Troubleshooting Steps Taken So Far: Tried multiple browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge) and also in Incognito or Private mode. Accessed the admin page using both http://192.168.1.1 and http://orbilogin.com. Attempted direct access using http://192.168.1.1:80 and https://192.168.1.1:443 in case ports were misbehaving. Cleared DNS cache using ipconfig /flushdns. Connected to the Orbi via wired Ethernet (LAN) instead of Wi-Fi. Disabled antivirus and firewall temporarily to rule out local blocking. Restarted the router by unplugging it from power for over 30 seconds. Attempted to access via the Orbi mobile app but no connection to admin functions is possible. Observations: The Orbi responds perfectly to ping. All connected devices have internet access. The router LEDs indicate normal operation. Question: Is there any way to restart or recover the web admin interface without performing a factory reset? Could this be related to a known issue with the Orbi's internal web server hanging? Are there advanced methods to restart services (via SSH, Telnet, etc.) or any other ideas before resorting to a full reset? Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!Google Pixel 9 and Orbi Wi-Fi 5 issues
I've had my Orbi setup for years with little to no problems. However, for the past 2 weeks, my Google Pixel 9 Pro phone has behaved like it's on a dial-up modem connection when on my home wifi. It's fine with five other Wifi networks I use regularly, and its good with just the regular T-Mobile data connection. But it's definitely not happy with the Orbi Wifi. The last change to the Pixel was April 5th (system update) which was over a month ago, and it was fine for 2 weeks after. I've even done the Pixel 'reset network and Bluetooth settings' option to wipe the config from the phone and start fresh. On the Orbi, I've twiddled some of the advanced Wifi settings in the config but it's not changed anything. Has anyone else run into this? Any thoughts or suggestions? Other phones (iPhone, OnePlus) seem fine on the network.
