Re: Canvas Says Offline
I have an old Canvas and a much newer one. Both canvasses are connected to wifi with good signal. The app on my phone and laptop have just started saying that the older canvas is offline but the newer canvas remains online. The Orbi modem app shows that both canvases are connected to wifi with strong signal. I have tried re-booting the modem. I have tried disconnecting the canvas from wifi and reconnecting. Still the app won't connect to the canvas. i have tried clearing all connections and setting up new wifi. Still the app won't connect to the canvas. How do I get it to reconnect? Thanks

Further to my post, I think the app stopped connecting with my canvas after I updated the app on my iPhone. I am now wondering whether my old Canvas (2nd generation bought 2017) is no longer supported by the updated Meural app. So I wonder if this is Meural's way of trying to force me to buy a new canvas...
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a workaround?

NG seem to be aware of it and working on it?
You'll need to make contact with NG support and let them know if what your seeing and wait for them to get things corrected.
