Any way to test lcap connection
My manager stated that LACP appears down and it's not trunking our vlan 7 properly How can I confirm that is the case new to netgear ...

It seems that you are having issues regarding the LACP. Have you checked if the LACP ports are responding? Is the port enabled on LACP? Kindly share some screenshots of your configuration in order for us to identify what seems to be the problem.
