Can't access Web Interface on M4300 after Firmware update
Switch was working perfectly fine, noticed that the firmware was out of date. Updated firmware to latest version, 12.0.17.16. After the switch finished rebooting, I'm no longer able to access the web interface. Switch still appears to be functioning, can ping it over the network and other machines are communicating with the switch. Called Netgear and they suggested manual reboot (which will be done soon - unfortunately switch is located in a remote office with nobody present at the moment), and they said if manual reboot didn't work I'd have to do a factory reset. Anybody else experience this upon updating to newest firmware? Any other suggestions?

Have you tried using an incognito window or clearing cookies and trying again?

Hello mikeeee34
Are you still unable to access the web interface of your switch after firmware update? A factory default can also be considered performing after a firmware update and check if you will still be able to access the web interface of your switch.
Have a lovely day,
